招聘崗位:餐飲部副總監(jiān)
【工作職責】
依照酒店標準確保所有餐廳和宴會廳成功運作并獨立盈利。確保餐飲部運作符合其酒店策略,適當執(zhí)行酒店規(guī)章。確保酒店所有的乃至最細小的品牌標準都要被貫徹執(zhí)行并在適用的地方有選擇地執(zhí)行品牌標準。以支持和靈活的態(tài)度與其他管理層成員緊密合作,著眼于整個酒店的成功和酒店客人的滿意度。
【任職要求】
1. 優(yōu)秀的客戶服務技能,溝通和分析能力,餐飲服務技能。
2. 專業(yè)酒水知識和技能
3. 全面了解業(yè)務需求、財務報告和生產力要求
4. 至少兩年以上同崗工作經驗

【Job Responsibilities】
Ensures that all restaurants and banquet halls operatesuccessfully and profitably in accordance with hotel standards. Ensure that theFood & Beverage Department operates in line with its hotel strategy andproperly enforces hotel regulations. Ensure that all of the hotel's brandstandards, down to the smallest detail, are followed through and selectivelyimplemented where applicable. Work closely with other members of the managementteam in a supportive and flexible manner with an eye on the success of theentire hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
【Job Requirements】
1.Excellent customer service skills, communication andanalytical skills, food and beverage service skills
2. Professional beverage knowledge and skills
3. Gain a thorough understanding of business needs, financialreporting, and productivity requirements
4. At least two years of work experience in the same position
