As a Service Manager - Front Office, we rely on you to
作為一名值班經(jīng)理,你的主要工作職責(zé)為:
1. Eligible to handling guest compliant and emergency issues
2.To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office, Service Centre/Telephone and any other related systems
3.Identifies staff training requirements and service improvements areas.
4. Make monthly turnover report & analysis
5.Create a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.
1.能夠很好地處理客人投訴和緊急事件
2.了解前廳部所有操作系統(tǒng)的知識,服務(wù)中心和其他相關(guān)系統(tǒng)。
3.確定員工的培訓(xùn)需求和待改進(jìn)點
4. 完成月度離職報表及離職分析
5.創(chuàng)造積極向上的工作環(huán)境以此提升團隊工作能力。
We are looking for someone who:
我們正在尋找一位具備以下條件的候選人:
1. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
2. Communicates and writes with fluency in English
3. Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
4. Enjoys interacting with people
5. Careful work, a strong sense of responsibility
6. Good team spirit, good conduct, strong external, and internal communication skills
1. 有豪華酒店相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
2. 能用流利的英語進(jìn)行溝通和寫作
3. 能熟練的使用辦公軟件
4. 喜歡與人交往
