Responsibility:
1. Under the arrangement of staff canteen Chef , responsible for the processing and production of various dishes to ensure food quality.
2. Strictly abide by the work time, do not leave your post without permission, and ensure that the cafeteria opens meals on time.
3. Strictly implement the Food Hygiene Law, maintain good hygiene in the staff canteen, and ensure that there are no expired or spoiled foods.
4. Cooks must wear neat work clothes when on duty, and smoking is not allowed in the kitchen. Without permission, they are not allowed to use any cafeteria items.
5. Responsible for card swiping statistics for each meal, and those who have not swiped their cards are not allowed to dine.
6. Obey the chef's instructions, maintain the kitchen utensils, and do a good job in all pre - and post meal tasks.
Requirements:
1. Over 2 years ?relevant experience.
2. Good health and upright conduct.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, obedient to arrangements.
崗位職責(zé)
1、在廚師長安排下,負(fù)責(zé)各種飯菜的加工制作,保證食品質(zhì)量。
2、嚴(yán)格遵守作息時(shí)間,不擅離職守,不脫崗,不竄崗,保證食堂按時(shí)開餐。
3、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行《食品衛(wèi)生法》,作好食堂衛(wèi)生,保證無過期變質(zhì)食品。
4、廚師上崗必須工服穿戴整齊,廚房內(nèi)不得吸煙,未經(jīng)許可不得以任何動(dòng)用食堂物品。
5、負(fù)責(zé)每餐刷卡統(tǒng)計(jì),未刷卡人員不得予以就餐。
6、服從廚師長調(diào)動(dòng),維護(hù)好廚房器具,作好餐前餐后各項(xiàng)工作。
崗位要求
1、具備相應(yīng)的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上。
2、身體健康,作風(fēng)正派。
3、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng),服從安排
