    崗位職責(zé): 1、全面負責(zé)酒店的日常運營和管理:確保酒店各項經(jīng)營和管理指標的完成,帶領(lǐng)團隊實現(xiàn)年度經(jīng)營目標; 2、制定酒店經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略和管理目標:包括制定酒店各階段經(jīng)營計劃、規(guī)章制度、服務(wù)操作規(guī)程等,并監(jiān)督貫徹執(zhí)行; 3、建立健全酒店組織系統(tǒng):使酒店組織系統(tǒng)合理化、精簡化、高效化,確保酒店各部門之間協(xié)調(diào)運作; 4、健全財務(wù)制度:閱讀分析每日、每月財務(wù)報表,監(jiān)督財務(wù)部門做好成本控制、財務(wù)預(yù)算等工作; 5、有效把控門店運營成本:根據(jù)酒店行業(yè)淡旺季,合理調(diào)整運營策略,提升經(jīng)營業(yè)績; 6、確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量:管理、指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督員工工作,確保酒店的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和衛(wèi)生環(huán)境符合相關(guān)標準; 7、建立培訓(xùn)體系:制定有效的培訓(xùn)體系及激勵機制,提升員工的綜合素質(zhì)和服務(wù)水平; 8、處理顧客投訴:做好顧客投訴處理與協(xié)調(diào)工作,確保顧客滿意度; 9、掌握市場動態(tài):關(guān)注市場動態(tài)和競爭信息,制定切實可行的市場營銷策略; 10、制定市場拓展計劃:帶領(lǐng)銷售團隊進行全面的市場推廣和銷售活動,擴大酒店知名度; 11、客戶關(guān)系管理:與客戶保持良好溝通,維護酒店良好形象; 12、人才選拔與培養(yǎng):負責(zé)酒店管理團隊的建設(shè),選拔、任免、考核管理人員,決定員工編制及獎懲、晉升工作; 13、內(nèi)部溝通與協(xié)調(diào):協(xié)調(diào)酒店內(nèi)部各部門之間的關(guān)系,確保酒店有一個高效率的工作團隊; 14、員工關(guān)懷與激勵:以身作則,關(guān)心員工,提高酒店凝聚力,激勵員工以高度熱情和責(zé)任感完成本職工作; 15、安全管理:負責(zé)酒店的整體安全工作,包括治安、消防及賓客的人身安全等。 16、社會關(guān)系活動:開展酒店社會關(guān)系活動,樹立良好的企業(yè)形象。 崗位要求: 1、 本科以上學(xué)歷,相關(guān)管理專業(yè)。 2、 從事國際品牌酒店工作10年以上,具有5年以上相關(guān)高層管理工作經(jīng)驗。 3、 熟悉酒店各部門服務(wù)及管理流程。 4、 善于管理和經(jīng)營團隊,事業(yè)心強。 5、 有較強的溝通、計劃、決策和綜合判斷能力。 6、 可以使用英文作為工作語言。

Study and grasp the market change and development situation, make market expansion plans and price system, raise key emphasis in work timely, and directing the implementation; 研究并掌握市場變化和發(fā)展情況,制定市場拓展計劃和價格體系,適時提出階段性工作重點,并指揮實施。 3. Decided to hotel organizations and middle management‘s employement and development. Be responsible for the division head's performance evaluation; 決定酒店組織機構(gòu)及中層以上管理人員培養(yǎng)和使用,負責(zé)組織對部門經(jīng)理的人事考核和業(yè)績評估。 4. Be responsible for the market development and finance planning work; Be responsible for the capital allocation and capital expenditures within the? limits of authority; 全面負責(zé)酒店的市場拓展和財務(wù)計劃工作;在權(quán)限內(nèi)負責(zé)酒店內(nèi)資金調(diào)配,審批資金支出等經(jīng)營事宜。 5.
