崗位職責(zé):
1.根據(jù)年度市場(chǎng)銷售計(jì)劃管理銷售活動(dòng),并執(zhí)行酒店銷售策略實(shí)現(xiàn)或超額完成預(yù)算。
2.監(jiān)督日常銷售經(jīng)理/銷售主任的銷售活動(dòng),負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)銷售和培訓(xùn)的具體職責(zé)。
3.與銷售總監(jiān)協(xié)作,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)。
4.通過(guò)銷售談判,實(shí)現(xiàn)酒店的最大利潤(rùn)和最高價(jià)格。
5.參加酒店客戶的活動(dòng)以及當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)商務(wù)或交流活動(dòng)。
崗位要求:
1.旅游或酒店管理專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位。
2.至少三年在國(guó)際酒店銷售部的工作經(jīng)歷。
3.對(duì)本地,國(guó)內(nèi)以及國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的客戶有深刻的了解。具有開發(fā)新商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)的能力。
Key Responsibilities:
1.The position is responsible for managing sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.?
2.?Oversees the day to day sales activities of the Sales Managers/Sales Executive, with specific responsibilities for directing sales and training.
3.In conjunction with the DOS, leads and supervises the Sales Team.
4.Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel.
5.Attend hotel client events and local community business events and networking.
Required Skills:
1.Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management.??
2.Minimum 3 years’ in relevant experience within an international hotel chain.
3.Good in depth knowledge of accounts within local, domestic and international markets.? Ability to develop and hunt for new businesses.
