The Senior Sales Manager's mission is to primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region.?

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé)
?The Sales Manager performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales.
在酒店關(guān)系網(wǎng)和酒店級(jí)別范圍內(nèi)及由銷售總監(jiān)制定的內(nèi)部規(guī)定范圍內(nèi),完成自己的任務(wù)
?Control customer database mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
控制客戶的信息庫(kù)和通訊名錄并保證不斷更新。
?Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
保持現(xiàn)有客戶并發(fā)展新的客戶。
?Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
同客戶保持良好的商業(yè)關(guān)系。
?Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.
完成每周的款待和活動(dòng)計(jì)劃。
?Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.
對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)和商務(wù)散客通過電話銷售、訪問、郵寄開展銷售活動(dòng)。
?Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.
確認(rèn)所有的預(yù)定單(包括宴會(huì)與會(huì)議)被準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤地在銷售部與宴會(huì)之間進(jìn)行溝通并生效。
?Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.
保證對(duì)所有的來信和電話詢問都進(jìn)行有效的處理,建立一種令人愉快的工作關(guān)系。
?Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.
記錄客戶對(duì)于酒店發(fā)展的建議和最新的信息。
?Familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system. Ensure the implementation and utilization of in-house software especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintain its application.
熟悉酒店電腦及數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作和應(yīng)用程序。確定并保持對(duì)“銷售及餐飲”等酒店電腦系統(tǒng)軟件的有效運(yùn)用。
?Keep well informed and well coordination about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet etc.).
關(guān)注及配合好整個(gè)酒店尤其是主要運(yùn)作部門對(duì)客服務(wù)(前廳部、客房部、餐飲部、宴會(huì)廳等)。
?Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated
提供銷售后服務(wù),特別要確保必要時(shí)客戶所有的投訴都被有關(guān)部門認(rèn)真接受、討論。確定所有投訴都已經(jīng)過調(diào)查,并開始實(shí)施補(bǔ)救行動(dòng)。
?Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (situation, prices, services etc.) offered on a regular basis - daily and give the updated feedback to DOS.
密切關(guān)注涉及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的事宜(形式、常規(guī)價(jià)格、服務(wù)等)需每日更新收集最新的準(zhǔn)確信息并反饋給銷售總監(jiān)。
?Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining,conducting, site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.
通過經(jīng)常宴請(qǐng)、定點(diǎn)參觀酒店、介紹酒店等活動(dòng)推銷酒店。
?At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.
在隨時(shí)隨地對(duì)客發(fā)生的聯(lián)系中提高酒店的正面形象。
?Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.
鼓勵(lì)和發(fā)展同公眾、旅客、客戶以及商界人士之間的積極緊密關(guān)系。
?Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.
在加強(qiáng)房間銷售的同時(shí),推薦酒店的會(huì)議、宴會(huì)。最大限度地利用會(huì)議及多功能廳的設(shè)最大限度地利用會(huì)議及多功能廳的設(shè)施設(shè)備,以取得所預(yù)計(jì)的最高目標(biāo)。
?Organize and submit weekly sales report to the DOS
組織并提交每周銷售報(bào)告給銷售總監(jiān)。
?Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references.
確保所有新客戶均無(wú)沒負(fù)面信用的記錄。
?Ensure that all commercial reporting for department head is handled with efficiency and accuracy, meet all dealings without excuse
確保所有提交給上司的商業(yè)報(bào)告都按要求快速準(zhǔn)確完成。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任職要求
?Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
本科或相應(yīng)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?A clear understanding of hotel industry and experience in Sales.
清晰知道酒店行業(yè)和在銷售方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?Languages: fluent in the national language, and good level in English.
語(yǔ)言:流利的普通話和英語(yǔ)。
?Ability to work independently and synthesize large amounts of data while meeting deadlines.

?Demonstrated analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data.
