崗位要求:
1、Lead the Housekeeping Department by developing and implementing departmentalobjectives in line with the hotel business objectives.
根據(jù)酒店的目標,帶領客房部制定和實施部門目標。
2、Supervise housekeeping operations such as cleaning and maintenancewhilst ensuring compliance with all housekeeping policies, procedures,standards and satisfaction of guests’ needs.
監(jiān)督清潔、維護等客房部日常運營,同時確保與部門制度、程序、標準和客人滿意度相符。
3、Coordinate housekeeping duties with various departments such as FrontDesk, Engineering, Sales and Marketing and Food & Beverage to ensure thatall guestrooms and public areas are clean and well maintained in a timely andefficient manner.
與前臺、工程、市場銷售和餐飲部協(xié)調日常工作,確保所有客房和公共區(qū)域都能及時有效地保持清潔和維護。
4、Manage operating equipment inventory such as linen inventory, guestsupplies and cleaning supplies, and order supplies as necessary to meet qualitystandards and hotel business needs.
管理布草、客用品及清潔品在內等運營物資的庫存及使用,及時進行適當采購,以確保達到質量標準和運營需求。
5、Sets short term and long term measurable objectives tocontinually improve service levels.
為部門設置時效性不同的、可衡量的標準,以達到提升服務水準的目的。
6、Leads the Housekeeping team to personalize the guest stayexperience.
帶領客房部團隊為客人提供個性化的入住體驗。
