Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作職責(zé)(包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容):
1. Responsible for assisting in theoverall management of the Housekeeping floor.?
負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助客房部樓層的整體運(yùn)營(yíng)管理。
2. Coordinate seasonal cleaning andmaintenance with the Assistant Director of Housekeeping and the Engineeringteam.
與客房部副總監(jiān)和工程團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)季節(jié)性清潔和維護(hù)。
3. Lead a team of Floor Team leader and Room Attendants to achieveexcellence in cleaning conditions.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)樓層主管和客房服務(wù)員,使清潔工作達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)。
4. Monitor and control operation ofvarious sections including, but not limited to linen room, uniform room, publicareas, offices and storerooms.
監(jiān)督和控制各部門的運(yùn)作,包括但不限于布房、制服房、公共區(qū)域、辦公室和儲(chǔ)藏室。
5. Well arrange staff schedules andpayroll and strictly control overtime and annual leave within the respectivemonth or year.
合理安排員工排班,并嚴(yán)格控制加班,在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)合理完好完成年假安排。
Qualifications 任職資格:
Higher education level, proficient in Mandarin, English listening,speaking, reading and writing skills are desirable.
具有高等教育水平,普通話熟練,有英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫技能為佳。
Experienced in working as a floor manager and familiar with the workcontent.
具有樓層經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟知工作內(nèi)容。
Familiar with computer operation and office software application.
熟知電腦操作及辦公軟件應(yīng)用。
Good verbal and written communication skills
良好的口頭及書面溝通能力。
Experience 經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
Minimum two years supervisory experiencein a housekeeping department for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
兩年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);有豪華或超豪華酒店的客房部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
