    崗位職責(zé): 1.協(xié)助酒店總經(jīng)理開(kāi)展各項(xiàng)工作; 2.負(fù)責(zé)酒店行政管理各項(xiàng)工作; 3.負(fù)責(zé)酒店人事管理各項(xiàng)工作; 4.負(fù)責(zé)酒店培訓(xùn)管理工作; 5.負(fù)責(zé)酒店質(zhì)量檢查工作; 6.負(fù)責(zé)酒店內(nèi)控體系建設(shè)工作; 7.負(fù)責(zé)酒店黨建工作; 8.完成公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)。 任職條件: 1.中共黨員; 2.具有3年及以上中高端酒店同級(jí)別崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),或國(guó)際品牌酒店人力資源總監(jiān)/經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); 3.熟悉人力資源管理體系各大模塊,熟練掌握勞動(dòng)法; 4.熟悉行政管理具體內(nèi)容; 5.有較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,具有一定的抗壓能力,溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng); 6.可接受工作地點(diǎn)調(diào)配。
