1. 熟悉所有的香格里拉酒店的政策和程序
To be familiar with all Shangri-La’s hotel policies and procedures.
2. 根據(jù)本部門(mén)的整體市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略,制定負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)的銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃
According to the overall market strategy of the Department, prepare the sales plan in charge of the market.
3. 協(xié)助部門(mén)經(jīng)理做好市場(chǎng)客戶(hù)的建立和升級(jí)管理,保持客戶(hù)檔案完整
Assist the Department Manager to do the establishment and upgrade management of the customer in the market, and keep the customer file intact.
4. 協(xié)助執(zhí)行酒店的銷(xiāo)售策略(目標(biāo)、策略和行動(dòng)),以達(dá)到并超過(guò)客房、餐飲和所有其他收入部門(mén)的預(yù)期收入
To assist in the implementation of the hotel’s Sales Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue departments.
5. 掌握內(nèi)外部業(yè)務(wù)動(dòng)態(tài),零售市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),組織銷(xiāo)售人員參觀,審核銷(xiāo)售代表參觀計(jì)劃及參觀記錄
Master the dynamics of internal and external business, the retail market, organize sales staff to visit, review the sales representative's visit plan and visit records.
6.計(jì)劃并執(zhí)行銷(xiāo)售出差任務(wù),并向會(huì)議銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)匯報(bào)應(yīng)覆蓋的新的潛在市場(chǎng)區(qū)域
Plans and executes sales trip to major market areas and reports to the Director of Convention Sales on new potential market areas that should be covered.
7. 分析市場(chǎng)變化,在市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)/銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)的指導(dǎo)下, 與銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)一起執(zhí)行新的程序來(lái)滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)的變化。即政治,經(jīng)濟(jì)和市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)的變化。
Analyses market changes and under the direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing / Director of Sales, implements programs with the sales department to meet these changes, ie. Changes brought about by political. Economic or competitive changes in the market place.
