工作職責:
遵守廚房衛(wèi)生和安全規(guī)定,確保廚房環(huán)境整潔、安全。
負責廚房食材的驗收和儲存管理。檢查食材的質(zhì)量、數(shù)量和新鮮度,確保符合餐廳的標準。
合理安排食材的儲存位置和方式,防止食材變質(zhì)和浪費。
管理廚房設備和工具的使用和維護。
正確使用廚房設備和工具,避免因操作不當造成設備損壞。
定期檢查設備和工具的運行狀況,及時安排維修和保養(yǎng)。
制作西餐菜品,保證菜品的質(zhì)量和口味符合餐廳要求。嚴格按照菜品制作標準和流程進行操作,確保菜品的一致性。
與餐廳服務員、采購部門、倉庫管理等部門保持良好的溝通和合作。
及時解決廚房與其他部門之間的矛盾和問題,提高工作效率。
保證廚房的衛(wèi)生,確保廚房符合衛(wèi)生標準。
定期檢查廚房的衛(wèi)生狀況,及時整改存在的問題。
嚴格遵守食品安全法規(guī),確保菜品的安全衛(wèi)生。
遵守食品安全操作規(guī)范,防止食品污染和食物中毒事故的發(fā)生。
檢查廚房的消防設施和設備的運行狀況,及時排除安全隱患。

專業(yè)烹飪學校畢業(yè)

Job responsibilities:

Prepare Western cuisine dishes and ensure that the quality and taste of the dishes meet the requirements of the restaurant.?
Operate strictly in accordance with the standards and procedures for dish preparation to ensure the consistency of the dishes.
Maintain good communication and cooperation with departments such as restaurant waiters, the purchasing department, and warehouse management.
Timely resolve conflicts and problems between the kitchen and other departments to enhance work efficiency.
Ensure the hygiene of the kitchen and make sure it meets the hygiene standards.
Regularly inspect the hygiene condition of the kitchen and promptly rectify any existing problems.
Strictly abide by food safety regulations to ensure the safety and hygiene of dishes.

Check the operation status of the fire-fighting facilities and equipment in the kitchen and eliminate potential safety hazards in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications from a Cookery School.
Mini two years in Five Start Hotel or Fine Dining restaurant.
