This customer-facing role is responsible for successfully deploying Property Management Systems (PMS), Payments, Point of Sale (POS), and other enterprise hospitality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive large-scale technology rollouts in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required to effectively communicate with international and regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities ? Lead end-to-end project delivery for hospitality technology solutions, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution. ? Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel and casino executives, IT teams, and operations leaders. ? Strong understanding of hotel and casino operations, including front office, reservations, finance, and F&B technology. ? Experience managing global or multi-property rollouts in large hospitality organizations. ? Proficiency in Clarizen as a project management and collaboration tool. ? PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. ? Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership. ?
