做好酒店客房預(yù)訂工作,同客人建立良好的公共關(guān)系。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 職責(zé)和義務(wù)
1.?熟悉處理房間預(yù)訂的程序,確保有效的處理預(yù)訂。
Be familiar with the room reservation procedures; ensure efficienthandling of all reservation.
2.?通過各種途徑快捷、禮貌的接受和確認(rèn)所有房間的預(yù)定。途徑包括但不限于:電話、傳真、郵件、親自到店、銷售人員。
Receive and confirm room reservations through various way, including but without call, fax, email, walk in and sales.
3.?及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地輸入預(yù)訂資料。
Input reservation information timely and accurately.
4.?做好預(yù)訂文件的存檔和交接工作。
Make archive and transfer reservation documents.
5.?熟知當(dāng)前銷售策略、促銷活動(dòng)及酒店其它活動(dòng)。
Be familiar with current sales strategy, promotions and otheractivities.
6.?為客人提供咨詢,訂車等其他相關(guān)服務(wù)。
Offer related service to guest such as consulting and car.
7.?同客人建立良好的公共關(guān)系。
Keep good relationship with guests.
8.?為客人和飯店其他部門的員工提供全面和正確的信息。
Provide complete and correct information for guestsand staff.
9.?不斷的提高對(duì)客服務(wù)水平,確保贏得客人最大程度的滿意。
Improve service levels to satisfy guests.
10.?協(xié)助預(yù)訂部經(jīng)理和其他銷售人員完成相關(guān)工作。
Assist reservation manager and sales to completerelated work.
11.?接受日常培訓(xùn)和考核。
Complete training schedule and routine check.

1.?知識(shí)?Educationqualifications:
學(xué)歷要求:大專及以上學(xué)歷。Academic requirement: Collage certificate andabove.
2.?專業(yè)要求:旅游/酒店管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Major:Major in hospitality or related.

4. 熟悉高星級(jí)酒店預(yù)訂程序。
Familiar with reservation processor of high classhotel.
5. 熟知酒店客房狀況,可售房情況,酒店的設(shè)備設(shè)施及服務(wù)。
Fully understand room status, hotel facilities andequipment.
