Work under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for food and goods receiving control and inventory management, checking the warehouse status on time and timely feedback to ensure maximum profit.

Compare invoices, purchase requests, sales and compile cost and sales reports.

Spot check the implementation of purchasing, receiving, inventory, delivery work, and bar inventory.
抽查采購、收貨、庫存、發(fā)貨工作的執(zhí)行情況,及酒吧庫存量。
Reasonable control of the amount of output to minimize waste and theft.
合理控制出品分量,將浪費和失竊情況降至最低。
Monthly food, stationery and general warehouse inventory.
每月進行食品、文具及總倉的庫存盤點。
Implement internal standard control system and director checklist.
執(zhí)行內部標準控制制度和總監(jiān)檢查清單。
Strict implementation of all internal control measures.
各項內部控制衡量措施的嚴格執(zhí)行。
Focus on slow depletion inventory items.
關注損耗慢的存貨項目。
Maintain standard stock levels and review them regularly.
保持標準庫存量并定期審核。
Monitor and report any abnormal or out-of-standard costs.
監(jiān)督并匯報一切不正?;虺瑯藴食杀?Prepare monthly F&B cost control report and analyze variance.

Job Requirement崗位要求
Three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
三年相關經驗或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景。
Bachelor's degree in materials, cost management or related field.
具有物資,成本管理或相關領域學士學位。
Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, good writing skills.
熟練使用微軟窗口軟件,良好的寫作技能。
Problem solving, reasoning, summoning, organizing and training skills.
具有解決問題,推理,號召,組織和培訓能力。
