Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive operational standards and procedures for the hotel.     【崗位職責(zé)】 1.確保服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)得以維持和提供,時(shí)刻與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員傳達(dá)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 2.確保有關(guān)客戶忠誠(chéng)度衡量計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施。 3.積極推廣旨在提高客戶忠誠(chéng)度的營(yíng)銷項(xiàng)目。 4.實(shí)施和管理部門結(jié)構(gòu)化的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,協(xié)助和支持部門培訓(xùn)員的工作,根據(jù)部門需求確定并實(shí)施培訓(xùn)。 5.確定部門每位經(jīng)理及員工的職業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo),為員工制定繼任計(jì)劃以實(shí)現(xiàn)他們的職業(yè)目標(biāo),留意客房運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)理為其員工制定在繼任計(jì)劃。 6.對(duì)部門目標(biāo)和成就的實(shí)現(xiàn)表現(xiàn)出積極的熱情和態(tài)度,采取快速果斷的行動(dòng)消除潛在的動(dòng)機(jī)危險(xiǎn),制定計(jì)劃以幫助員工和實(shí)現(xiàn)其目標(biāo),鼓勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)之間開放性的溝通。 7.挑戰(zhàn)所有審查及改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有的程序和做法,利用客戶服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)和流程等資源來(lái)提高生產(chǎn)力,根據(jù)預(yù)算和預(yù)測(cè),在部門內(nèi)保持高水平的生產(chǎn)力和成本效率。 8.最大限度地提高員工生產(chǎn)力,產(chǎn)生更高的利潤(rùn),促進(jìn)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,提高對(duì)客戶安全和保障的高度認(rèn)識(shí),不斷地審查和更新安全程序,確保應(yīng)急程序到位,并可在24小時(shí)內(nèi)制定,在緊急演習(xí)中成為主要參與者,從不向安全方面問(wèn)題妥協(xié),利用員工手冊(cè)中的紀(jì)律守則作為指導(dǎo),以維護(hù)安全可靠的工作環(huán)境。 9.向客房營(yíng)運(yùn)經(jīng)理委派預(yù)算準(zhǔn)備,向團(tuán)隊(duì)傳達(dá)預(yù)算目的和目標(biāo),及時(shí)審查所有預(yù)算和預(yù)測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性,審查每日收入數(shù)據(jù)以確保相關(guān)的完整性,并采取適當(dāng)措施糾正錯(cuò)誤,為房務(wù)部制定下一年預(yù)算。 10.根據(jù)可用現(xiàn)金流管理指出,根據(jù)需要與運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)理制定年度資本指出需求,參與部門內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)與實(shí)施。 11.每天進(jìn)行房務(wù)部門會(huì)議,參加損益會(huì)議,日常營(yíng)運(yùn)會(huì)議以及信貸會(huì)議,每周與運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)理會(huì)面一次。 12.確保在公共場(chǎng)所中遵守環(huán)保舉措,留意部門的最佳操作規(guī)程,不斷地尋找可納入環(huán)境管理計(jì)劃的環(huán)境改善計(jì)劃可能性,參與酒店環(huán)境和能源管理委員會(huì)發(fā)起的社區(qū)活動(dòng)和計(jì)劃,確保說(shuō)有團(tuán)隊(duì)成員理解并接受環(huán)境信息。 【崗位要求】 1.年齡在35-45歲之間,性格外向,有事業(yè)心,成熟,有監(jiān)管能力;身體健康,口齒清晰。 2.中英文聽說(shuō)書寫能力優(yōu)異。 3.在五星連鎖酒店擔(dān)任至少2年的房務(wù)部總監(jiān)職位。 4.工作主動(dòng),團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,目標(biāo)明確,對(duì)員工的需求敏感,積極的榜樣作用。 5.具有幽默感,自信并成熟。 6.擁有計(jì)算機(jī)能力與長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作能力。
