1.Supervisesand coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.

2.Supervisesand manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employeepositions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.
監(jiān)督和管理西廚房員工;管理西廚房所有日常操作;充分了解員工的職位,在員工缺席的情況下履行職責(zé)。
3.Ensurescompliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
確保符合食品處理和衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4.Achievesand exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.
完成并超越目標(biāo),包括業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo)、預(yù)算目標(biāo)、團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)等
5.Developsspecific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
制定具體的目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃來(lái)優(yōu)先安排、組織和完成工作。
6.Comprehendsbudgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assistin the financial management of department.
了解預(yù)算,運(yùn)營(yíng)報(bào)表和工資進(jìn)度報(bào)告,以協(xié)助部門(mén)的財(cái)務(wù)管理。
7.Managesday-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting theexpectations of the customers on a daily basis.

8.Improvesservice by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs,providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.

9.Assistsas needed in the interviewing and hiring of employee team members withappropriate skills.

10.Participatesin the employee performance appraisal process, providing feedback as needed.

【崗位要求】
1.Highschool diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage,or related professional area.
高中或GED文憑;4年烹飪、餐飲或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.?2-yeardegree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and RestaurantManagement, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage,or related professional area.
2年制大學(xué)烹飪藝術(shù)、酒店和餐廳管理或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè);2年以上烹飪、餐飲或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
