Perform daily supervision, management and leadership of front office staff, manage front office work and provide guest service while on duty.
職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.協(xié)助酒店高級(jí)管理層負(fù)責(zé)及整個(gè)酒店的運(yùn)作收集對(duì)客服務(wù)過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題信息。
?Assist the senior management of the hotel in charge of the entire operation of the hotel to collect information on problems arising in the process of customer service.
2.賓客服務(wù)經(jīng)理在前廳部經(jīng)理的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,在當(dāng)班期間負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)酒店的正常運(yùn)作。
The Guest Service Manager, under the direct leadership of the Front Office Manager, is responsible for the normal operation of the entire hotel during his/her shift.
3.要負(fù)責(zé)處理賓客的問(wèn)題和投訴。
Be responsible for handling guest questions and complaints.
4.要負(fù)責(zé)重要賓客的迎領(lǐng)工作。
Be responsible for welcoming and leading important guests.
5.進(jìn)行整個(gè)酒店的安全和日常的設(shè)備檢查工作。
Conduct safety and routine equipment inspection throughout the hotel.
6.解決當(dāng)班期間發(fā)生的安全問(wèn)題。
Solve safety problems during the shift.
7.向其它班次協(xié)調(diào)交班記錄上需要溝通的事項(xiàng)。
?Coordinate the matters that need to be communicated in other shift records.
專業(yè)知識(shí)技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專以上學(xué)歷,有同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)1年以上。
College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in the same position.
2.能用流利的英語(yǔ)從事前廳服務(wù)形象氣質(zhì)佳,精通電腦操作,具備較強(qiáng)的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力。
Can be fluent in English to engage in front office service image and temperament, proficient in computer operation, with strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
3.儀表端莊,熱愛(ài)酒店工作,鉆研業(yè)務(wù),反應(yīng)敏捷,善于交際具有較好的管理和協(xié)調(diào)能力,能夠很好的發(fā)揮其管理、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督的作用。
