1.遵守客戶服務(wù)的會議宴會標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
FollowsEvent Standards for customer service.
2.嚴(yán)格遵守財(cái)務(wù)部發(fā)布的與出納和現(xiàn)金處理相關(guān)的所有政策和程序。
Strictlyadheres to all policies and procedures issued by Finance with regards to cashiering and cash handling.
3.運(yùn)營中展現(xiàn)很高的熱情確保整個(gè)宴會部門的正常有序運(yùn)營;確保每個(gè)服務(wù)人員都能在客人需要時(shí)第一時(shí)間提供服務(wù)。
Onewill show a high level of enthusiasm to ensure the smoothness of operation –overlooking of the restaurants should be thorough; ensure the members ofservice team are always reachable for the customers during operation.
4.培訓(xùn)及運(yùn)營需要的時(shí)候?yàn)閳F(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供實(shí)際服務(wù)的榜樣。
Be the rolemodel to carry out hands- on service when it is needed during operation andtraining activities.
【崗位要求】
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷,2年或以上酒店相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)歷。?
College degree or above, with 2 years or more of work experience in hotel-related positions.
2.具有良好的服務(wù)導(dǎo)向。
Possess excellent service orientation.
3.具有較好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。
Demonstrate strong team collaboration spirit.
【崗位職責(zé)】
1.確保酒店最基本的品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都要被貫徹執(zhí)行。
Ensures that minimum brand standardshave been implemented.
2.對菜單上的所有菜品和飲料有全面的知識和理解,并能推薦菜品和飲料的搭配及促銷。
Have a thorough knowledge andunderstanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability torecommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
3.協(xié)助監(jiān)督對所有運(yùn)營設(shè)備和營業(yè)用品的月度盤點(diǎn)。
Assists with conducting monthlyinventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
4.運(yùn)營期間百分之百關(guān)注客人及員工并提供真誠舒適的服務(wù)及在培訓(xùn)中發(fā)揮積極的作用
Onemust ensure to 100% focus on customers and associates during operation andprovide authentic and suitable levels of service and take active role intraining.
【崗位要求】
1. 1-2年酒店中餐廳相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1-2 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel in Chinese restaurant.
2.熟悉中餐餐飲知識,了解并熟悉餐廳特色菜品。
Familiar with the knowledge of Chinese food and beverage, understand and be familiar with the specialty dishes of the restaurant.
