4、將團(tuán)隊信息及時分發(fā)至酒店各部門。例如:發(fā)宴會通知單,團(tuán)隊摘要和準(zhǔn)備活動協(xié)調(diào)會
5、檢查宴會運(yùn)行和與其一起工作的各部門工作,確??蛻舻男枰熬频甑某兄Z都落實到位
6、及時檢查每日賬單錄入的準(zhǔn)確性,并及時與活動負(fù)責(zé)人核對賬單賬目確保準(zhǔn)確無誤
7、及時在酒店的宴會會議系統(tǒng)中更新會議活動數(shù)據(jù)檔案,確保信息準(zhǔn)確
8、協(xié)助宴會銷售總監(jiān)預(yù)測房間間夜和宴會收入
9、根據(jù)宴會銷售團(tuán)隊架構(gòu)來協(xié)助宴會銷售總監(jiān)分配對日常工作進(jìn)行有效分配
10、指導(dǎo)宴會銷售團(tuán)隊,總是確保將高質(zhì)量的服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品提供給客戶
1. Above 5 years or above luxury hotel sales and related working experience
