Job Description:
1.?協(xié)調(diào)餐飲部各部門的運作。協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)制定餐廳及酒吧的預(yù)算。在餐飲部總監(jiān)及餐廳經(jīng)理中提供良好的溝通橋梁作用。
1.?Coordinate of day to day Food & Beverage outletactivities. To assist Director of Food & Beverage in Planning, organizing,budgeting in all outlets and bars. Provide a strong communication link betweenOutlet Managers and the Director F&B.
2.?對于銷售和成本方面,隨時更新財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)(預(yù)算與實際),并確保銷售額和利潤最大化。
2.?To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) insales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.
3.?充分了解市場對餐廳各部門的需求和期望,確保各餐廳管理團隊對于相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品線(菜單)的開發(fā)。
3.?To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensurethat the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management teamaccordingly.
4.?有效地回應(yīng)內(nèi)部審計報告,跟進客人的評論的調(diào)查。
4.?Responds effectively to internal audit reports, investigation followingguest comments.

Job Requirements:
1. 良好的口頭及書面溝通能力
1.?Good oral and written communication skills
2.?至少8年酒店相關(guān)運做經(jīng)驗,最好具有國際連鎖酒店工作經(jīng)驗
2.?Min 8-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity,preferably with international hotel chain
3.?全日制大專(含)以上學(xué)歷
3.?Associate degree or above
4. 中餐廳管理背景
4.?Background of Chinese Restaurant Management
