As a Service Leader-Floor,?we?rely on you to:
作為酒店樓層主管,需承擔(dān)以下主要工作職責(zé):
1.Assist floor manager in organizing and managing floor cleaning and maintenance, including but not limited to:
2.Manage assigned rooms and ensure daily cleaning and cleaning in accordance with company standards.
3.Check VIP rooms, floors, floor workshops and other daily activity areas.
4.Ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of guest rooms and corridors.
5.Check the cleanliness of guest linen and the inventory of guest items.
6.Ensure that items are used in accordance with standards and usage plans

4、保證執(zhí)行客房及樓道的定期檢修和大掃除。
5、檢查客用布草的清潔度及客用物品的存貨。
6、保證物品的使用符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和使用計(jì)劃
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1.Engaged in floor supervisor work for more than 1 year.
2.Familiar with room management expertise.
3.Cheerful, practical, strong sense of service and responsibility.
4.Have basic English ability.
5.Experience in five-star hotel preparation is preferred.
1、從事樓層主管工作1年以上。
2、熟知客房管理專業(yè)知識(shí)。性格開(kāi)朗、工作踏實(shí),有較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識(shí)和責(zé)任感。
3、具有基本的英語(yǔ)能力。
4、有五星級(jí)酒店籌備工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
