    目標(biāo)地區(qū):江蘇宿遷、山東棗莊、安徽蕪湖 任職要求: 1.大專以上學(xué)歷,旅游、酒店管理、市場營銷相關(guān)教育背景,45歲以下; 2.3年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗; 3.熟知酒店產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、服務(wù)規(guī)范、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和銷售系統(tǒng)并具有良好的溝通能力。 崗位職責(zé): 1.密切關(guān)注行業(yè)動態(tài)與對手策略,分析目標(biāo)客戶需求,據(jù)此制定酒店銷售策略及促銷方案,協(xié)同市場部優(yōu)化推廣渠道。 2.通過多種途徑開拓新客戶,推銷酒店產(chǎn)品服務(wù);定期回訪老客戶,解決問題,維護(hù)良好合作關(guān)系;負(fù)責(zé)重要客戶接待,提供個性化服務(wù)。 3.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)銷售團(tuán)隊,明確分工,制定績效考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn);組織內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)與經(jīng)驗分享,提升團(tuán)隊業(yè)務(wù)能力;協(xié)調(diào)與其他部門的工作。 4.定期收集、分析銷售數(shù)據(jù),評估策略效果,調(diào)整銷售計劃;向管理層匯報業(yè)績、市場及客戶反饋等,依分析結(jié)果提出改進(jìn)建議。
