1.確保所有的維修和預防維修計劃都在該班內按時執(zhí)行。
Ensure that all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are carried out on time during the shift
2.接受,分配并且跟進所有的工作單核維修單。
Accept, assign and follow up all work orders
3.處理技術圖紙,以及備貨的記錄和庫存。
Process technical drawings, stock up and inventory.
4.故障查找,操作,修理并且保養(yǎng),確保區(qū)域內所有設備的清潔和正常工作。
Troubleshoot, operate, repair and maintain all equipment in the area.
5.在保證安全運行和營業(yè)格調的前提下,力圖節(jié)省能耗,注重環(huán)境保護的新概念。
On the premise of ensuring safe operation and business style, we try to save energy consumption and pay attention to the new concept of environmental protection.
6.督導重要維修及增改工程施工,控制質量與進度。
Supervise the construction of important maintenance and alteration works, control the quality and progress.
7.協(xié)助外施工單位在本酒店的施工,保證工程質量。
Assist the outside construction units in the hotel construction, to ensure the quality of the project
崗位要求? ?Job?requirements
1.高中以上文化程度;2年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
High school education or above; At least 2 years working experience in the same position is preferred.
2.必須掌握機電工程設備的基礎知識,最好持有相關證書。
Must master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering equipment, preferably with relevant certificates
3.能充分領會工上級的經(jīng)營意識,能組織和指揮本崗位工作計劃的實施,確保工程部的正常運轉。
Can fully understand the management consciousness of the superior, can organize and direct the implementation of the work plan, to ensure the normal operation of the engineering department.
