The primary responsibility is to coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the bell staff,specifically with regards to assisting the guests with their arrival anddeparture experience; making necessary deliveries to and pick- ups from guestrooms, transporting hotel packages, faxes, envelopes and parcels. Responsiblefor extending guidance and training to bell persons, to ensure a superior guestexperience and adherence to the brand service standards.
