This customer-facing role is responsible for successfully deploying Property Management Systems (PMS), Payments, Point of Sale (POS), and other enterprise hospitality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive large-scale technology rollouts in a fast-paced environment.     【崗位職責(zé)】 1、制定銷售計(jì)劃并得到銷售總監(jiān)或商務(wù)總監(jiān)的批準(zhǔn),按照計(jì)劃 實(shí)施對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)的地區(qū)或行業(yè)的客戶進(jìn)行維護(hù)及開發(fā),通過電話銷售,當(dāng)面拜訪等形式了解客戶需求并最終達(dá)成銷售。 2、了解并熟悉競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的所有產(chǎn)品信息,包括主要客戶及其產(chǎn)量、酒店客房、餐飲、會(huì)務(wù)相關(guān)促銷信息等,并及時(shí)反饋信息給商務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)/銷售部總監(jiān)等團(tuán)隊(duì)成員。 3、主動(dòng)收集市場(chǎng)及行業(yè)信息與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)其他成員分享,抓住商機(jī)并最終轉(zhuǎn)換為生意確認(rèn)下來。 4、確保銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)與酒店運(yùn)作團(tuán)隊(duì)有效的溝通,并協(xié)助宴會(huì)銷售部或運(yùn)營部跟進(jìn)宴會(huì)或會(huì)議中發(fā)生的事件。 5、根據(jù)需要在銷售經(jīng)理或銷售主任制定團(tuán)隊(duì)報(bào)價(jià)或合同時(shí)進(jìn)行必要的監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)。 6、積極參與市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃的制定并協(xié)作達(dá)到預(yù)算,根據(jù)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)架構(gòu)來協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)分配對(duì)日常工作進(jìn)行有效分配。 7、高效地制作完成報(bào)價(jià),合同并發(fā)送給客戶并及時(shí)跟進(jìn)。帶領(lǐng)客戶進(jìn)行酒店參觀。 8、仔細(xì)計(jì)劃與客戶的會(huì)面,對(duì)預(yù)定的客戶實(shí)施客戶關(guān)系管理,完成銷售目標(biāo) 【崗位要求】 1、大專以上學(xué)歷或同等文化程度。有同部門崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)5年以上。 2、儀表端莊,口齒清楚,待人熱情,工作負(fù)責(zé),鉆研業(yè)務(wù),反應(yīng)敏捷,善于交際。 3、掌握中英文書面及語言表達(dá)能力,會(huì)說和聽懂賓客使用的主要語種,小語種亦可。 4、了解本地客戶的情況并具有很強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)分析能力,并擁有一定的客戶資源。 5、具有良好組織及展示技巧,具有良好的溝通技巧、收益管理能力、適應(yīng)能力、溝通能力、熱情好客、人際關(guān)系技巧、戰(zhàn)略方向、商業(yè)頭腦、時(shí)間和任務(wù)管理能力。
