崗位職責(zé):
1.協(xié)助酒店市場戰(zhàn)略的制訂。
Assists with the development of marketing strategies.
2.協(xié)助酒店新產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)的開發(fā)和推廣。
Assists with the development of new product themes and services.
3.與客戶談判,確保滿足客人的需要,同時(shí)又能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)飯店的利潤。
To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met.
4.對酒店 產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)有高度了解,以便更好地向客戶銷售飯店的服務(wù)及設(shè)施。
Possesses a high level of product and service knowledge in order to promote services and facilities to customers.
5.拜訪有潛力的客戶,發(fā)展并保持與客戶合作的關(guān)系。
Accomplishes sales calls on prospective clients to develop and maintain relationship.
崗位要求:
1.了解商務(wù)旅游、旅游業(yè)國際市場,會議旅游及餐飲銷售。
Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales.
2.能夠掌握和理解市場和競爭。
Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
3.具備銷售、市場推廣、銷售方案及策劃等方面的專業(yè)知識。
With sales & marketing analysis, sales programs and Planning abilities etc.
4.在國際連鎖集團(tuán)飯店擔(dān)任類似職位有2年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Min 2 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
