    一、職位描述 1.完成開發(fā)任務(wù)指標(biāo);負(fù)責(zé)管理合同申報(bào)、合同簽訂、項(xiàng)目管理歸納(簽約、歸檔、房量變 更、權(quán)利義務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)讓、項(xiàng)目解約等); 2.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目評(píng)估、審查、簽約,對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手研究、收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息、了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足、對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手作出客觀分析研究; 3.針對(duì)業(yè)主背景、業(yè)主要求、項(xiàng)目規(guī)模、戰(zhàn)略區(qū)域、周邊環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)總量、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、酒店業(yè)發(fā)展水平等方面對(duì)進(jìn)行前期審核,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研物業(yè)的地理位置、周邊市場(chǎng)條件、建筑結(jié)構(gòu)、 面積、業(yè)主情況、產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)等信息; 4.熟悉行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),所轄區(qū)域的行業(yè)政策等 的調(diào)查收集和信息的反饋;品牌加盟業(yè)務(wù)的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研分析、規(guī)劃,品牌加盟策略的制定; 5.對(duì)開發(fā)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé),并組織實(shí)施財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算方案及使用方案,對(duì)差旅等財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算進(jìn)行管控; 6.代表公司參與相關(guān)項(xiàng)目事務(wù)活動(dòng),提升公司對(duì)外的認(rèn)知度及品牌形象,整合公司內(nèi)部資 源,獲取政策優(yōu)勢(shì); 7.負(fù)責(zé)重要大客戶的接待參觀及投資人關(guān)系維護(hù),灌輸投資人對(duì)品牌企業(yè)文化、發(fā)展前景、 加盟優(yōu)勢(shì)的了解;整合后端職能資源(推薦會(huì) 等),挖掘潛在客戶資源。 二、任職要求 1、 具備至少三年的酒店/公寓的開發(fā)、運(yùn)營、工程等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有成功簽約酒店項(xiàng)目者; 2、 良好的表達(dá)溝通能力與問題解決能力; 3、 能夠吃苦耐勞,適應(yīng)出差,負(fù)責(zé)地區(qū)的拓展工作,能經(jīng)常性短期出差; 4、 富有激情,勇于挑戰(zhàn)壓力和高薪。
