1.????Become familiar with any assignedsales file, review proposal, and discuss profile on group with the appropriatesales personnel.

2.????Contact the client / meeting plannerby phone to introduce and follow up with a letter.

3.????Customize selling approach to theclient’s / meeting planner’s needs to maximize sales.
為了把銷售量最大化,需要有不同的客戶/會(huì)議企劃者的方案。
4.????Specialize Food and Beverageprograms by tailoring to fit client’s needs.
為客戶提供相應(yīng)的餐飲配套。
5.????Always ready to anticipate clientand guest needs well in advance.
一直會(huì)提前把客戶的需求放在首位。
6.????Acts as a liaison between client /meeting planner and all hotel operations department.
能有效地聯(lián)絡(luò)客戶/會(huì)議企劃者與酒店運(yùn)行部門(mén)的配合。
7.????Always maintain a professional imageboth in appearance/attire and conduct when dealing with the client/meetingplanner and fellow hotel employees.
在與客戶的交流中能一直保持專業(yè)的形象,不管在外表或言行舉止。
8.????Demonstrate appropriate timelinessin preparing contract to client/meeting planner within 48 hours.
能在48小時(shí)內(nèi),準(zhǔn)備合同給客戶/會(huì)議企劃者。
9.????Prepare all BEOs and GroupResumes no later than 07 days prior to the group’s arrival.
準(zhǔn)備好所有宴會(huì)編排表,團(tuán)的資料在團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)到七天之前。
10.? Meet orexceed monthly Catering Forecast.
達(dá)到或者超出每個(gè)月的宴會(huì)預(yù)算。
任職資格:
1.Minimum 3 years’college education, good at English both speaking and writing
至少三年大專學(xué)歷,擅長(zhǎng)英文口語(yǔ)和書(shū)寫(xiě)。
2.Minimum 1 years’international hotel experience in sales and marketing
至少一年國(guó)際品牌酒店市場(chǎng)銷售部經(jīng)驗(yàn)
