Main Duties /主要職責
1.?Assists in establishing standard policies and procedures for recruitment, develops and implements recruitment and screening system. Ensures timely recruitment of staff.
制訂與完善員工的招聘與篩選程序,協(xié)助制訂招聘的標準制度與程序,保證新員工的及時招聘。
2.?Prepares to receive new associates, prepare new staff welcome kit, opens and maintains a file for each associate, up to date personal record for all associates.
準備新員工歡迎手冊,辦理員工登記手續(xù),建立和維護每個員工的檔案,保持新報道的員工日期最新化。
3.?In charge of new staff check in and?issues clearance form to leaving associates, collects all resorts-issued items from leaving associate and records receipt of such items, updates all leave records of associates to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared.
負責新員工入職以及離職員工手續(xù)辦理,收齊離職員工所有度假村給予的項目,并記錄每一項目的收條, 更新所有離職員工的記錄并保持離職手續(xù)迅速進行。
4.?Ensures staff compliance with resorts policies and procedures as well as with government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
確保員工服從度假村的政策和手續(xù)以及政府有關(guān)雇用的規(guī)章制度。
5.?Contacts the Health Quarantine for associate pre-employment medical check-up.
聯(lián)系健康檢疫站進行有關(guān)員工首次報到的醫(yī)療檢查。
6.?Prepares and maintains the Human Resources Manual for the resorts, seeing that its philosophy, policies and procedures are carried out.
準備和維護人力資源部手冊,并保持其條理性,?政策程序的貫徹執(zhí)行。
7.?Maintains and updates legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
管理和更新法律法規(guī)文件、度假村規(guī)章制度與工作程序,以及其它人事文件。
8.?Prepares and submits periodic personnel reports such as turnover, personnel inventories, recruitment, and staff accident.
定期準備并提交人事報告,匯報如人員流動,年假,加班,招聘新員工和員工事故情況。
9.?Follows up closely the end of probation period date and end of contract date.
密切跟蹤員工試用期或合同的到期期限,并跟進實施。
10.?Assist in establishing personnel department budget.
協(xié)助計算人力資源部所需預算。
11.?Monitors the staff performance review. ?
監(jiān)督對員工工作表現(xiàn)的評估。
12.?Analyzes resorts manpower requirement and recommends selection activities to meet the requirement.
對度假村的員工需求數(shù)量作宏觀分析,并根據(jù)需要提出調(diào)整建議。
13.?Reviews personnel policies, procedures and practice. Recommends changes, modification or update information to the Human Resources Manager.
研究有關(guān)人事方面的政策規(guī)定以及相關(guān)操作程序與慣例,如有改動變更或最新規(guī)定,及時向人力資源經(jīng)理匯報。
14.?Regularly inspects staff restaurant, locker rooms, restrooms and other staff facilities to ensure that they are well maintained and used.
定期檢查員工餐廳、更衣室、休息室和其它員工便利設(shè)施并保持其良好維護和使用。
15.?Monitors and reviews resorts benefits and compensation and recommends to the Human Resources Manager of the changes as appropriate.
監(jiān)督度假村的員工福利和補助情況。如有變化,向人力資源經(jīng)理匯報。
16.?Monitors the follow up of the attendance of the staff?and submit Annual Leave report to HR manager timely.
監(jiān)督員工考勤記錄,管理員工各種假期并定期向人力資源經(jīng)理提交報告。
17.?Responsible for current and?resigned staff monthly payroll and submit Human Resources Manager for reviewing.
負責在職及離職員工工資計算并及時提交人力資源經(jīng)理審核。
18.?Keeps track of associates’ birthdays and give proposals to celebrate them on a monthly basis.
保存員工的生日日期,每月定期發(fā)送員工生日名單,并根據(jù)每月的基礎(chǔ)建議員工的慶祝活動。
19.?Actively participates in the organization of all staff activities.
積極參與組織度假村所有員工活動。
20.?Actively participates in the Associate Opinion Survey and provides suggestions to improve associate situation.
積極參與員工意見考察和提供改善員工情況的建議。
21.?Receives visitors and candidates in a professional manner as well as ensure the prompt, efficient and courteous delivery of service to them.
以專業(yè)的方式迎接視察員和求職應征者,以及為其提供迅速,有效禮貌的服務。
22.?Counsels resorts personnel as needed in the area of career planning, job transfer, staff relations and legal requirement related to personnel.
對度假村員工進行人事咨詢,包括工作崗位的選擇、調(diào)動工作、同事關(guān)系以及有關(guān)人事法律、法規(guī)等方面。
23.?Implements an effective staff relations and motivation program in the resorts.
促進員工關(guān)系、調(diào)動員工積極性。
24.?Develops and implements programs to ensure staff security and safety.
制訂并完善員工安全保障制度。
25.?Disseminates information regarding staff activities, resorts personnel policies, procedures, and any information related to employer-associate relations.
及時準確向員工作好人事宣傳工作,如通知舉辦活動或公布人事新舉措。
26.?Responsible for Staff’s Social Insurance declaration and payment.
負責員工社保費用的申報及支付。
27. Complete extra tasks arranged by superior.
完成上級安排的其他工作任務。
Qualification: 任職要求
1.?College graduate, preferably in Resorts Management or equivalent in experience.
大專畢業(yè), 熱于從事度假村管理或有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
2.?Minimum 2?years’ experience in Human Resources, at least 1 year in managerial capacity.
2年以上人力資源工作經(jīng)驗, 1年以上管理經(jīng)驗
3.?Good communication, presentation and?organizational skills.
具備良好的溝通、組織和演講技巧。
4.?Fluent in English speaking and writing.
具備良好的英語水平。
