【崗位職責(zé)】
1. 健全各種問訊資料。
? ? Improve all kinds of inquiry materials.
2. 掌握客房預(yù)訂情況,向部門經(jīng)理報(bào)告重要團(tuán)體和客人的訂房情況,檢查VIP通知單的發(fā)送情況,負(fù)責(zé)VIP接待工作的落實(shí)。
? ? Grasp the room reservation status, report the reservation status of important groups and guests to the department manager, check the delivery of VIP notification, responsible for the implementation of VIP reception work.
3. 處理前臺(tái)工作中的差錯(cuò),處理賓客有關(guān)投訴。
? ? Handle errors in front desk work, handle guest complaints.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)前臺(tái)財(cái)產(chǎn)、設(shè)備的使用管理和保養(yǎng)工作,及各類資料的收集、存檔及管理工作。
? ? Responsible for the use management and maintenance of the property and equipment of the main desk, as well as the collection, archiving and management of various materials.
5. 檢查每日的報(bào)表是否有誤,并及時(shí)糾正。
? ? Check daily reports for errors and correct them in time.
6. 建立體質(zhì)良好的賓客關(guān)系,努力增加客房銷售。

【崗位要求】
1. 大專以上學(xué)歷,有同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上。
? ? College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in the same position.
2. 有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)精神及執(zhí)行力。工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),作風(fēng)正派。
? ? Good team leadership and execution ability. Work seriously and responsibly, decent style.
3. 熟練掌握前廳部工作的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)和程序。
? ? Proficient in all aspects and procedures of front office work.
4. 身體健康,品貌端正,氣質(zhì)高雅。
? ? Good health, good appearance, elegant temperament.
5. 掌握酒店管理基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),善于同賓客交往、溝通,處理周到、果斷,能處理各種投訴。
