1.Minimum 2 years' previous management experience in Front Office operations
2.Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
3.Bilingual in Mandarin & English
4.Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; written and verbal communication skills
5.Knowledge of computerized Front Office systems required with emphasis in Micros-Fidelio based programs.
6.Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7.Enthusiastic team player, with strong self initiative
8.Strong guest service orientation and training skills background required.
