    崗位職責: 1. 負責酒管中心品牌,銷售,運營等全部工作內(nèi)容,達成酒店項目戰(zhàn)略目標。 2. 制定公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和長期發(fā)展計劃,確定公司業(yè)務發(fā)展方向和目標,并制定具體的實施方案。 3. 組織公司的日常管理工作,包括人員管理、財務管理、市場營銷、客戶服務等方面的工作。 4. 指導和協(xié)調(diào)各部門的工作,確保公司各項業(yè)務的有序進行。 5. 負責公司業(yè)務培訓和管理員工,并對員工績效進行考核和評估。 6. 與客戶、供應商和合作伙伴建立良好的合作關系,增強公司的市場競爭力。 7. 對酒店行業(yè)的市場動態(tài)和競爭情況進行分析和研究,及時調(diào)整公司業(yè)務模式和經(jīng)營策略,確保公司持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 8. 處理公司日常的法律事務和合同事宜,確保公司的業(yè)務合法合規(guī)。 9. 參與公司的各項業(yè)務決策,對公司經(jīng)營管理提出建設性意見和建議。 10. 對公司的經(jīng)營狀況進行監(jiān)督和評估,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題,確保公司經(jīng)營管理的有效性和高效性。 任職要求: 1、本科以上學歷,5年以上酒店管理工作經(jīng)驗,連鎖、高檔或星級酒店同崗位工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。 2、熟悉酒店全面運作經(jīng)營,具備出色的溝通協(xié)調(diào)以及組織營運能力。 3、具有敏銳的商業(yè)觸覺,善于制定酒店整體經(jīng)營策略和營銷方案。 4、善于把握酒店服務品質(zhì),控制并不斷提高服務質(zhì)量,從而提升客人滿意度和市場占有率。 5、具備良好的敬業(yè)精神和職業(yè)道德操守,有強烈的責任心以及事業(yè)心。 福利待遇:五險一金,績效,獎金,節(jié)日福利,集團發(fā)展平臺 注: 本崗位總部在大連,需定期出差沈陽、上海 集團發(fā)展平臺。
