    一、運(yùn)營(yíng)負(fù)責(zé)人崗位職責(zé)和任職要求 (一)崗位職責(zé) 1、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理: 負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行品牌運(yùn)營(yíng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及連鎖酒店的日常運(yùn)營(yíng),制定并執(zhí)行運(yùn)營(yíng)策略,提升酒店的入住率、收益等指標(biāo); 2、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理: 負(fù)責(zé)組建和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì),制定團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)與計(jì)劃,組織人員培訓(xùn),同時(shí)進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核與激勵(lì),打造高效團(tuán)隊(duì); 3、品牌建設(shè): 負(fù)責(zé)制定品牌發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,明確品牌定位和目標(biāo)市場(chǎng),策劃并執(zhí)行品牌推廣活動(dòng),提升品牌知名度和口碑; 4、市場(chǎng)分析: 負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)注酒店行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)和市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,為品牌和運(yùn)營(yíng)策略的調(diào)整提供依據(jù); 5、客戶關(guān)系管理: 負(fù)責(zé)確保客戶滿意度,處理客戶投訴和反饋,建立良好的客戶關(guān)系,提升品牌忠誠(chéng)度; 6、合作伙伴管理: 負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)與加盟商、供應(yīng)商、在線旅游平臺(tái)等合作伙伴的關(guān)系,拓展合作渠道,優(yōu)化合作模式; 7、數(shù)據(jù)分析與決策: 負(fù)責(zé)建立數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測(cè)體系,分析運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù),為運(yùn)營(yíng)決策、市場(chǎng)推廣和品牌建設(shè)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。 (二)任職要求 1、教育背景:??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷,酒店管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; 2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):5年以上連鎖酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上品牌操盤(pán)或相關(guān)職位經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉連鎖酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)模式者優(yōu)先(如:七天連鎖、漢庭等); 3、專業(yè)技能:具備出色的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、品牌策劃、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷能力,熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,熟悉酒店預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)和相關(guān)軟件; 4、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力:有較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力,能激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成目標(biāo),具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和商務(wù)談判能力; 5、創(chuàng)新能力:有創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和市場(chǎng)洞察力,能推出創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)和營(yíng)銷方案,提升品牌競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力; 6、行業(yè)認(rèn)知:對(duì)酒店行業(yè)有深入了解,熟悉行業(yè)法規(guī)和政策,關(guān)注行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
