The incumbent in this position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors in accordance with the policies and guidelines established by Hotel.

- The job of Floor Supervisor – AM Shift is executed satisfactorily when he/she:

- Provide clean, hygiene, tidy guest rooms ?to all guests.
為所有客人提供干凈、衛(wèi)生、整潔的客房。
- The service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members.
對(duì)整體服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員進(jìn)行有效管理,并委派相應(yīng)任務(wù)給團(tuán)隊(duì)成員。
- A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.
始終保持服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的高質(zhì)量和高品質(zhì)。
- The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES??主要職責(zé)
- Directs, guides and controls room attendants to ensure all guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standard or cleanliness and tidiness for safety, hygiene and comfort of guests.
負(fù)責(zé),指導(dǎo)以及控制樓層各服務(wù)員確??头?,衛(wèi)生間以及樓道保持在安全性,衛(wèi)生要求以及對(duì)客舒適度上最高級(jí)別的整潔衛(wèi)生要求。
- Well informed about the hotel operations and able to organize his work during peak hours by maintaining a constant standard of performance during high or low occupancy.
及時(shí)分享飯店運(yùn)營(yíng)信息,具備在繁忙時(shí)段組織工作的能力并確保淡旺季工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一致性。
- Carries out on the job training and is responsible for grooming and conduct standards of the room attendants on his/her assigned floors. He/she motivates the staff to bring about excellent performance. Evaluate staff performance once a year.
進(jìn)行工作培訓(xùn),檢查儀容儀表,確保服務(wù)員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與所在樓層的統(tǒng)一,激勵(lì)員工表現(xiàn)出最佳狀態(tài),每年評(píng)估員工表現(xiàn)。
- Initiates and maintains effective communication within the Housekeeping Department.
在本部門(mén)內(nèi)做好有效的溝通。
- Ensure all occupied rooms are serviced and that all check out rooms is serviced base on the arrival time of the next guest. Proper handover is done for rooms that needs attention and follow up.
確保住人房按時(shí)打掃,離店房要根據(jù)下一位客人的入住時(shí)間做好清潔服務(wù),做好房間注意事項(xiàng)的交接。
- Ensure proper care, maintenance and use of all housekeeping equipment.
對(duì)使用的機(jī)器做好維修保養(yǎng)。
- Carries out additional duties assigned by Executive Housekeeper, Asst. Executive Housekeeper and Asst. Housekeeper.
及時(shí)做好行政管家,助理行政管家和助理管家分配的任務(wù)。
- Familiar with and carries out the policies and procedure established by Hotel.
熟知以及按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行飯店的政策和規(guī)章制度。
- Make sure floor maids pantries are equipped with all the necessary items needed in servicing a guestroom, and proper control are practiced to save expenses.
確保樓層服務(wù)間儲(chǔ)存好房間內(nèi)客人所必須的客用品,并且做好費(fèi)用的控制。
- Sign in and out to master keys and pages in housekeeping office and is responsible for accounting all unreturned keys.
做好鑰匙的簽出以及歸還工作,并對(duì)未能歸還的鑰匙負(fù)責(zé)。
- Schedule general cleaning of 1 room per RA per day, and assist on scheduled cleaning on low occupancy.
安排每位服務(wù)員每天做一間大清房,低出租率情況下協(xié)助安排計(jì)劃清潔? ? ??
- The work will be assigned according to the operational needs of each sub-section.
工作安排根據(jù)分部門(mén)的運(yùn)營(yíng)需要隨時(shí)做出調(diào)整。? ? ?
- Carries out additional duties assigned by Executive Housekeeper / Asst. Executive Housekeeper and Asst. Housekeeper.
完成行政管家,助理行政官家和助理管家交派的其他任務(wù)。
