1.Maintains excellent grooming standards at all time.

2.Greet guests with a smile, offer assistance with coats, bags etc., and introduce yourself.
微笑服務(wù),協(xié)助顧客就座、掛外套及背包等,并做自我介紹。
3.Smile & wish all guests a nice greeting as they enter & exit the restaurant, even if they are not designated to your section.
在客人進入或離開餐廳時,面帶微笑并主動問候客人,無論在任何服務(wù)區(qū)內(nèi)。
4.To have full knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu contents and all other special promotions taking place in the hotel. Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. To be able to explain them in detail to guests.
充分掌握餐飲相關(guān)的菜單和其他酒店促銷的特殊菜品和飲品,了解菜單所有欄目、裝飾菜、食物和烹制方法。能夠為客人提供相應(yīng)的詳細說明。
5.To understand how to operate all the equipment used in the outlet.
懂得使用餐廳內(nèi)的所有設(shè)備。
6.Confidently knowing opening hours of all restaurants & hotel outlets.
熟悉所有餐廳及酒店其他部門的營業(yè)時間。
7.By completing checklist on preparing the restaurant for service.
在餐廳備餐的過程中嚴格遵守服務(wù)標(biāo)準。
8.No offensive or impolite language.
不可使用冒犯或不禮貌的語言。
9.Offer drinks, pre, during and after meal service.
在客人餐前,進餐時和進餐后都為其提供飲品。
10.Look for ways to upsell and add value.
能通過多種促銷的手段為酒店帶來更多經(jīng)濟效益。
11.Timeliness in pick up and delivery of menu items.
及時為客人接取菜單。
12.Efficiency of work in dish wash, pantry, and service preparations.
能高效地清理餐盤、整理餐具儲藏室和完成準備工作。
13.Clean all coffee machines and make sure to use the right detergents and pills. Any maintenance issue should be reported to the leader on duty.
清潔所有的咖啡裝置,并確保使用安全適當(dāng)?shù)那鍧崉┖颓鍧嵥幬?。如果出現(xiàn)任何維護問題,必須及時向在崗管理者進行通報。
14.Cleanliness and work safety in food preparation and service areas, and make sure all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedure.
在備餐的過程中和工作服務(wù)區(qū)域必須干凈、衛(wèi)生,并確保所有區(qū)域與開始用餐時一樣整潔。
15.To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.
在工作過程中,能夠做好本職工作,保證自己及其他人的安全。
16.Follow up any guest questions or queries immediately and if you don’t know the answer, check with your Manager.
滿足客人的各項要求,如不能立即回答客人的問題請與經(jīng)理聯(lián)系。
17.The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

18.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience 知識與經(jīng)驗
1.Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
具有酒店管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)歷/專業(yè)證書。
2.6 – 12 months in a food service position, similar operations style.
具有6-12個月餐飲相關(guān)的服務(wù)經(jīng)驗。
3.Retail or guest interaction experience.
具有銷售/對客服務(wù)經(jīng)驗。
4.Food and /or beverage knowledge (personal interest/ professional).
對餐飲有一定了解(個人愛好/專業(yè))。
5.Technical service skills.
專業(yè)服務(wù)技能。
6.Interpersonal skills – communicates easily/openly.
人際交往能力-與人溝通輕松/大方。
7.Communication skills in English spoken/written.
具備英語聽說讀寫的能力。
8.Reliable and consistent.
