主要職責(zé) Primary Responsibilities :
1、負(fù)責(zé)清潔樓層客房及相關(guān)區(qū)域并使之保持整潔良好的狀態(tài)。確??腿宋锲返陌踩驼R有序。為所有客人提供舒適的環(huán)境。
Responsible for making guest rooms and surrounding areas clean and orderly on the floor and in well maintained condition. Keep the guest items safe and orderly. Provide comfortable stay to all guests.
2、迅速巧妙地處理客人的投述和要求。確??腿穗x開酒店前對酒店提供的服務(wù)感到滿意。如果無法妥善處理客人的投述和要求應(yīng)請求行政管家的幫助。
Handle all complaints and requests immediately and tactfully. Make sure the guests
are satisfied with the service before they leave the hotel. Request assistance from the Exec. Housekeeper if complaints and requests cannot be handled.
3、按照酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清潔住人房。
Clean and make up occupied rooms according to hotel standards.
4、按照程序做床。確保床上的所有布草干凈整潔,經(jīng)常檢查床墊,毛毯和床罩是否有血漬和污跡。
Making of beds Proper bed making as instructed according to the procedures. Ensure that all linens on the beds are clean and in good condition. Always check bed pads, blankets and bedspread, whether there are blooded marks and stains.
5、按照正確的程序清潔浴室并使用正確的清潔藥水。確保浴缸和面盆中沒有頭發(fā),鏡子和裝飾物光亮無污漬。所有家具和裝飾物均應(yīng)抹塵。
Proper procedure in cleaning bathrooms and using right chemicals and dilution. Ensure that there is no hair in the bathtub and washbasin. Ensure that mirrors and fixtures are well polished and without stains. Dusting furniture and fittings.
6、按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)置更換毛巾,補(bǔ)充客用品如火柴,香皂,文具等。
Changing towels, replenishing supplies as per standard set-up such as matches, soaps, stationers, etc.
7、檢查并立即向領(lǐng)班報(bào)告所有維修問題。
Check and report all maintenance repairs and requests to the Captain
immediately.
8、檢查并向前臺(tái)收銀報(bào)告酒水消費(fèi)。
Check and report mini bar consumed item to F/O cashier.
