職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.督導(dǎo)本部門的運(yùn)作,保證安全巡查工作的正確執(zhí)行,確保酒店、客人和員工的財(cái)產(chǎn)及人身安全。
Supervise the operation of the department,ensure the correct implementation of safety inspections, and ensure theproperty and personal safety of the hotel, guests and employees.
2.負(fù)責(zé)督促檢查酒店各消防設(shè)備和安全救生器材,并確保其使用狀態(tài)正常(例如:消防報(bào)警系統(tǒng)、滅火器、門磁報(bào)警系統(tǒng)等。
Supervise and inspect all fire fightingequipment and safety life-saving equipment of the hotel, and ensure that theyare in normal condition (such as fire alarm system, fire extinguisher, doormagnetic alarm system, etc.).
3.對(duì)酒店員工進(jìn)行滅火、疏散逃生等技能的培訓(xùn)和演練,定期對(duì)酒店義務(wù)消防隊(duì)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),并確保義務(wù)消防隊(duì)隊(duì)員的實(shí)操水平。
Conduct fire fighting, evacuation and otherskills training and exercises for hotel staff, regularly train the hotel'svolunteer fire brigade, and ensure the practical level of the volunteer firebrigade members.
4.對(duì)酒店各區(qū)域的治安和防火情況進(jìn)行巡查,發(fā)現(xiàn)漏洞立即處理和上報(bào)。
Inspect the security and fire prevention inall areas of the hotel, deal with and report any loopholes immediately.
5.組織屬下員工進(jìn)行各類業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),不斷促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)技能的提高和完善。
Organize all kinds of business training foremployees, and constantly promote the improvement and perfection of businessskills.
6.對(duì)班內(nèi)違紀(jì)和瀆職員工向部門提出處理建議。
Make suggestions to the department on howto deal with employees who violate discipline and dereliction of duty.
7.與GSM、值班工程師及其它部門主管保持友好的業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系。
Maintain friendly business contact withGSM, duty engineer and other department heads.
8.受理當(dāng)班期間的各類業(yè)務(wù)投訴并及時(shí)處理,遇重大問(wèn)題時(shí)請(qǐng)示上司處理。
Accept all kinds of business complaintsduring the shift and deal with them in time, and ask the boss to deal withmajor problems.
9.傳達(dá)并執(zhí)行部門的一切工作指令。
Convey and execute all work instructions ofthe department.
專業(yè)知識(shí)技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.5年以上5星國(guó)際品牌酒店的保安部負(fù)責(zé)人工作經(jīng)歷。
At least 1.5 years working experience insecurity department of 5-star international brand hotel.
2.精通把控酒店各類安全消防工作節(jié)奏。
Proficient in controlling the rhythm of allkinds of fire safety work in the hotel.
3.具有較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
Strong leadership skills.
4.熟悉和掌握部門的操作流程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Familiar with and master the department'soperating procedures and standards.
5.熟悉酒店行業(yè)公共安全及衛(wèi)生要求。
Familiar with the public safety and healthrequirements of the hotel industry.
6.較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和解決問(wèn)題的能力。
Strong teamwork and problem solving skills.

Strong language and communication skills.
