Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作職責(zé)(包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容):
Oversee and direct all aspects of the guest experience function to achievethe highest possible guest satisfaction to all guests, under the generaldirection of the team and within the limits of established hotel and localpolicies and procedures. Responsible for overseeing each guest’s arrival anddeparture experience, all foreign currencies exchange and assisting withinquiries.

Requirements 任職資格:
1.University Bachelor Degree and above.
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2.Ability to use Front Office computer systems.
能夠使用前廳部的電腦系統(tǒng)。
3.Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
4.Ability to work independently and as a team.
能夠獨立工作和團隊合作。
5.Presentable appearance and fluent oral and written Mandarin &English are needed.
儀表得體,中英文口語及書面流利。
Experiences 經(jīng)驗要求:
Internship or work experience in Front Desk is preferred.
有前臺實習(xí)或工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
