    崗位職責: 1、能夠充分理解和掌握公司核心產(chǎn)品一全自動酒店靜音節(jié)能鎖及第五代免調(diào)試自恢復無感取電全屋調(diào)光客控方案,能夠與客戶進行深度的溝通和交流,準確把握客戶需求,為客戶提供專業(yè)的解決方案。 2、通過學習、深度參與具體項目,快速掌握項目執(zhí)行的全流程工作,包括但不限于對接客戶需求、執(zhí)行方案設計、溝通產(chǎn)品發(fā)貨(接單、審單、物流共識)、調(diào)試(數(shù)據(jù)收集、技術交底、設計審核)、項目驗收等。協(xié)調(diào)并溝通解決項目執(zhí)行過程中的各類問題,保障項目按時按質交付。 3、協(xié)助公司推進各項業(yè)務目標,包括但不限于項目執(zhí)行、客戶服務等方面。 4、其他:完成上級交辦的其他工作事項。 任職要求: 1、2025全日制本科應屆畢業(yè)生,985/211院校優(yōu)先,理工類專業(yè)優(yōu)先,獲得過國家勵志獎學金優(yōu)先。 2、性格開朗,善于與人打交道;具備問題分析與解決的能力,表現(xiàn)出良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團隊協(xié)作精神。 3、有在酒店行業(yè)發(fā)展的強烈意愿,對酒店客房客控配置方案感興趣。 4、熟練使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等辦公軟件。 5、工作地點:廣州 我們?yōu)槟闾峁┑模?1、工作時間:周末雙休,8:30~18:00,1.5小時舒適午休,享受國家法定假期和節(jié)日福利。 2、薪資待遇:基礎薪資+績效獎金,入職即繳納五險。 3、發(fā)展前景:該崗位為公司培養(yǎng)對象,有跨部門輪崗機會,提供行業(yè)內(nèi)具有競爭力的薪資待遇和完善的晉升機制。
