Specific Duties具體職責(zé)
1.Operational 運(yùn)營(yíng)
a.To reach daily sales activity goal effectively.
達(dá)到每天設(shè)定的銷售目標(biāo)
b. Ensure to achieve revenue goals as set.
確保達(dá)到設(shè)定的收益目標(biāo)
2.Trainingand Development 培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展
a. Energize all Marriott standards and ensure departmentimplementation.
遵守并履行萬(wàn)豪集團(tuán)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
b. Coordinate special projects as and when assigned
完成分派的特殊工作
c. Participate in any necessary training arranged by hotel.
參加酒店安排的培訓(xùn)
d. Conducting business according to the Marriott set guideline.

3.Marketing市場(chǎng)
a. To identifymarket needs and trends in the different Catering / Event Markets. (Corporate,Social, Government, and Outside Catering, etc.)
在不同市場(chǎng)條件(公司、社會(huì)團(tuán)體、政府、外賣,等),會(huì)識(shí)別市場(chǎng)需求
b.Monitor and analyze selected competitors’ sales promotions,activities and tactics.
關(guān)注合作公司的銷售、營(yíng)銷策略活動(dòng)
4.Coordinationwith other departments協(xié)同合作
a. To assist Director of Sales with the day to day liaison with otherdepartments
協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)與其他部門溝通
b.Make certain that all associates are conducting business accordingto the Marriott guidelines and local law.
確保所有員工按照萬(wàn)豪集團(tuán)方針和本地法律經(jīng)營(yíng)
c.To maintain an efficient filing system for Event Sales Departmentfollowing hotel and company guidelines.
