·To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.
·To control expenses wisely.
·Meets financial objectives based on budget or forecast.
·Forecasts business levels with accuracy.
·Leads and maintains a positive working environment.
·Delegates work in a manner appropriate to skill levels and the abilities of talents.

·Motivates performance, gives helpful feedback, reviews processes.
·Participates in schedule training and development programs provided by the hotel to improve self and department standards.
·Enhances individual performance, effective coaching, counseling or appropriate delegation.
·Builds a strong teams which works well together and which is mutually supportive.
·To ensure that an effective marking approach is applied to all outlets in his Food and Beverage Operations.
·To continuously seek ways to management in the outlet to maximize revenues and profit.
·Maintains quality goals by following up, eye for detail, following reports and guest comments, Medium reports, mystery shoppers.
·Stays informed for local, regional, national trends by reading, visiting competition, magazines, etc.
·Responds effectively to internal audit reports, investigation following guest comments.
·Establish personal procedures for promotion, nominate talent of the month, follow up on F&B manual induction, job chat.
·Organizes outlet teams’ monthly meeting.

·通過閱讀,觀察競爭對手,雜志等等了解本地、地區(qū)、國家發(fā)展趨勢。
·有效地回應內部審計報告,跟進客人的評論的調查。
·制定個人的晉升計劃,每月任命月度優(yōu)秀人才,跟進餐飲手冊培訓,工作結構圖。
·組織餐廳各部門團隊月度會議。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
·Bachelor or full professional qualification
·Have good communication skill
·Have similar position in international 5 star hotel
·Service oriented with an eye for details
·Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
·大專及以上學歷
·良好的溝通技巧
·至少5年的國際品牌酒店工作經驗
