Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
·?Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk. Assists the Front Desk to supervise direct and lead the entire executive floor team.
·?Responsible for the daily organization of the section.
·?Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into FOXHIS and is of the lighest quality and errors are kept to an absolute minimum. This practice will allow the production of true and correct statistical imformation which will in turn ensure the overall hotel operation.
·?To be completely aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures of Sofitel Westlake Hangzhou, and the responsiblities in an emergency.
·?Checks the daily Arrival List, Special Arrival List for VIPs, repeat guests and FITs.
· To be responsible for the preparation of all the necessary materials for check-in (i.e. Registration Card, Welcome Folder, Keys etc.) for VIPs, pre-registered guests before their arrival.
· 負(fù)責(zé)前臺(tái)的工作順利有效運(yùn)行,協(xié)助前臺(tái)主管管理并團(tuán)結(jié)好員工。
· 負(fù)責(zé)本崗位的日常組織工作。
· 要負(fù)責(zé)所有的預(yù)訂資料準(zhǔn)確地輸入FOXHIS電腦系統(tǒng)中,要將錯(cuò)誤減少到最少,準(zhǔn)確真實(shí)的統(tǒng)計(jì)資料將保證整個(gè)飯店的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
· 了解杭州索菲特西湖大酒店消防和安全程序,并要負(fù)責(zé)前臺(tái)的安全。
· 檢查每日預(yù)抵客人表、重要客人、回頭客和散客的預(yù)抵表。
· 要負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)備客人登記入住時(shí)所需要的物品(例如:登記單,歡迎卡,鑰匙等),為重要客人抵達(dá)前事先做登記。
Knowledge and Experience 知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn):
· College degree or above, with more than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
· Can use fluent English to work in the front office, proficient in computer operation, and have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
· Self-motivated and good learning ability and ability to withstand pressure.
· 大專以上學(xué)歷,有同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上。
· 能用流利的英語(yǔ)從事前廳服,精通電腦操作,具備較強(qiáng)的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力。
· 有上進(jìn)心和良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力和抗壓能力。
