MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES
主要職責(zé):
Lead the shift associate to carry out daily security management and fire safety work .Organize skill training to shift associates. Put forward the processing opinion to department of those who doesn’t obey the rules. Deal with complaints (problems) and report it to department in time during his shift.
負(fù)責(zé)帶領(lǐng)班內(nèi)員工實施并完成日常安全管理和消防防火工作,組織對班內(nèi)員工進行各類業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),對違紀(jì)員工向部門提出處理建議,受理當(dāng)班期間的一切業(yè)務(wù)投訴(問題)并及時處理和匯報。
SPECIFIC DUTIES

1.?Security Operation ??
防損操作
l?Lead the associate to complete all the security work during his shift.
積極帶領(lǐng)班內(nèi)員工開展并完成當(dāng)班期間的一切業(yè)務(wù)運作。
l?Implement the policy of queuing up, arrange and review work when associates are on and off duty.
執(zhí)行上、下班列隊班前、班后會制度,并認(rèn)真做好工作安排和點評。
l?The duty supervisor will send the work log to the damage control department for review before 08:30.
當(dāng)值值班督導(dǎo)在08:30之前將各執(zhí)勤崗位《工作日志》送至防損部呈交防損部經(jīng)理審閱。
l?Supervise the operation of each duty post. Find problems and correct it immediately.
督查各執(zhí)勤崗位的運作,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題立即糾正。
l?Inspect the security of each area and fire safety condition. Find problems and correct it immediately.
對酒店各區(qū)域的治安和防火情況進行巡查,發(fā)現(xiàn)漏洞立即處理和上報。
l?Organize skill training for subordinate to improve their skills.
組織班內(nèi)員工進行各類業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),不斷促進業(yè)務(wù)技能的提高和完善。
l?Assess and review the work performance of his subordinate.
對屬下員工的工作表現(xiàn)進行考察和評估。
l?Put forward the processing opinion to department of those who doesn’t obey the rules.
對班內(nèi)違紀(jì)和瀆職員工向部門提出處理建議。
l?Keep good working relationship with GSM, Engineering on duty and supervisors of other department.
與GSM、值班工程師及其它部門主管保持友好的業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系。
l?Deal with complaints (problems) and report it to department in time during his shift.
受理當(dāng)班期間的各類業(yè)務(wù)投訴并及時處理,遇重大問題時請示上司處理。
l?Supervise associates to keep regular work schedule and tidy dormitory.
督導(dǎo)班內(nèi)員工規(guī)范作息和宿舍內(nèi)務(wù)整理。
l?Communicate and implement every departmental decision.
傳達(dá)并執(zhí)行部門的一切工作指令。
l?Keep daily work log and shift-changing work.
做好工作日志記錄和交接班工作。
l?Obey the policy, principle and procedure of hotel.
執(zhí)行酒店的政策、行為準(zhǔn)則及程序。
l?Accept the inspection, supervision, management and assessment?of his work from his superior.Be responsible for his breach on duty.
