ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS主要職責(zé):
-始終確保提供一個禮貌及專業(yè)的服務(wù)。
Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
-以禮貌、高效的方式處理客人和員工的要求,如果不能馬上找到解決辦法,則及時進(jìn)行匯報。
Handles guest and employee enquirers in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.
-與客人和同事保持基于良好工作關(guān)系的接觸。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
-充分熟悉公寓的每一個細(xì)節(jié)布局,其位置及功能:噴淋系統(tǒng)及煙霧探測器;滅火器材及緊急出口;消防控制室和消防指示儀表板;緊急疏散/公共廣播系統(tǒng);緊急集合區(qū);消防/炸彈威脅和安全程序;電梯;緊急報警電話號碼;急救設(shè)備。
To be fully conversant with every detail of the Residences layout and the location and
functions of:
-Sprinkler system and smoke detectors
-Fire fighting equipment and emergency exits
-Fire control room and fire indicator panels
-Emergency evacuation / public address systems
-Emergency assembly area outside hotel
-Fire / bomb threat and security procedures
-Lifts
-Emergency phone numbers
-First aid equipment
-為客人及員工提供財產(chǎn)安全,使其免遭破壞,偷竊及任何犯罪行為。
To safe guard the guest and employees’ property from vandalism, theft and any kind of crime.
-配合主管完成各類突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急處置。
Cooperate with the supervisor to complete all kinds of emergencies.
-為客人及業(yè)主提供安全舒適的居住體驗。
Provide a safe and comfortable living experience for the guests and the property owners.
-確保包括貴重物品在內(nèi)的L&F物品的安全。
Ensure the safety of valuables and L&F items.
-幫助并為客人引路。
To be helpful to guests or patrons to the various outlets or functions.
-確保員工按照MAHA政策和程序上下班打卡。
To ensure that employees punch in / out and following established policy and procedures of the MAHA.
監(jiān)測和控制所有員工、訪客和承包商從員工通道進(jìn)出公寓區(qū)域。
-To monitor and to control the movement of all employees, visitors and contractors leaving or entering the residence through the staff entrance.
-以準(zhǔn)確有效的判斷、處理各項工作。
To handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.
-按照公司規(guī)定的政策和程序,協(xié)助檢查員工所攜帶的包裹/物品及更衣柜。
To assist in searches of staff baggage / belongings and lockers according to specified policy and procedures.
-嚴(yán)格記錄和控制從員工入口及卸貨處進(jìn)出的訪客的物品。
To record and to control all visitors’ belongings / items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
-確保未經(jīng)允許的人員不得進(jìn)入樓層和辦公區(qū)域。
To ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the floors and back of the house areas.
-確保承包商和訪客用有效證件換取訪問證后,方可從員工通道和卸貨口進(jìn)入。To Ensure that contractors and visitors must exchange valid identification for a visitor pass before entering through the staff passage and unloading port
-應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確了解外部承包商所做設(shè)備安裝、工程項目及公寓改造項目的地點、情況。
To be aware of all locations of residence equipment installation, residence project or renovation which will be handled by outside contractors.
-確保公寓和工作區(qū)的清潔。
To ensure the cleanliness of working areas and residence premises.
-用對講機(jī)聯(lián)絡(luò),保持對公寓周邊地區(qū)的監(jiān)測和控制。
To monitor and to control the situation around the residence by radio telecommunication.
-檢查并確保所有監(jiān)控錄像設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行。
To check and to ensure that all CCTV recording is properly operated.
-檢查緊急報警電話情況。
To check Operator of emergency phone alarms.
-確保任何時間車道暢通,交通流量順利。
To ensure the forecourt driveway is free of obstruction and the traffic flow are smooth at all times.
-當(dāng)職期間,確保所有活動和各項功能正常運(yùn)行。
To ensure to check all current events, activities and functions at the time of the duty.
-確保安全通道無異常情況。
To ensure that the emergency escapes doors are secured.
-確保無閑雜人員進(jìn)入行李房,消防出口,前臺和宴會廳。
To ensure that no unauthorized persons stray into luggage rooms, fire exits, bell counter or function rooms.
-在大廳前疏導(dǎo)交通,引導(dǎo)司機(jī),確保門前車道不被堵塞。
To guide drivers and ensure smooth traffic control in front of Main Entrance.
-控制公寓周圍停車,采取必要行動移開未經(jīng)允許停放的車輛。
-To ?control parking along the residence premises and take necessary actions to remove unauthorized

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS任職要求:
Education 教育水平:
-High school education or equivalent experience.
高中或以上學(xué)歷。
Experience 工作經(jīng)驗:
-Minimum one year in current role
至少在當(dāng)前職位有一年經(jīng)驗
Skills and Abilities 技能及能力:
-具有良好的應(yīng)變反應(yīng)能力。
Good strain response ability
-具備基本電腦操作知識。
Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer.
-具備基本英語聽說讀寫能力。
