Conduct training following the weekly training plan to increase level of service efficiencies.

Ensure quality service of food and beverage provided to the guest and to meet guest’s expectation. Check on guest satisfaction whenever a special request was arranged.

Aware of all in house VIP, to ensure that all of their special F&B needs and request are delivered and fulfilled in the course of their stay.
清楚飯店所有的VIP貴賓確保滿足他們在飯店期間的特殊的餐飲要求。
Periodically check hygiene situation for restaurant territory.
定期檢查與監(jiān)督部門所轄區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生工作。

Job Specification職位要求:
2 years hotel work experience (desirable).
最好具備2年以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Good communication skill.
良好的溝通技巧。
Diploma/Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or its equivalent relevant management experience.
酒店管理專業(yè)的學(xué)位證書 或水平相當(dāng)?shù)南嚓P(guān)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
