1、Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.

確保人才的儀容儀表符合酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4、Carries out assigned duties.

5、Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
關(guān)注客人關(guān)于飲料和服務(wù)的投訴,請(qǐng)求或詢(xún)問(wèn)。
6、Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
保留合理的銷(xiāo)售記錄,在合適的記錄本上記錄客人投訴、解決辦法及所涉及人員或設(shè)備,并與經(jīng)理討論。
