Wash hands before entering the kitchen or returning to work station.Train subordinates with Marriott standards and assures that it meet all times. ?進入廚房及回到操作臺前先洗手。向員工培訓(xùn)萬豪的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保隨時達到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Ensure that Marriott International documents are filled in correctly and necessary changes are done. 確保正確補充萬豪國際所發(fā)的文件并做相應(yīng)的改變。
A la carte food is cooked perfectly right, hot and in the stipulated time. Proper handling of equipment. 正確使用設(shè)備,確保單點食品完全按食譜規(guī)定的時間和配方制作。

職位要求:
1、簡單的英語交流能力,熱情開朗
2、有3年以上的五星級酒店經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先,熟練制作精致的菜式。
3、有一定的廚房管理能力,熟悉廚房衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
