    Responsibilities Oversees and directs all aspects of Rooms operation including Front office, Children Discovery Center, Boutique, Butler, Housekeeping. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent. 3 years of similar experience in a luxury hospitality enviroment. Fluency in Mandarin & English is a must. Work authorization in China is a must. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries or concerns with tact and efficiency.     FINANCIALRETURNS: l?Participate in the preparationof the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans.
