主要職責MAINRESPONSIBILITIES
1.???????擦塵,除灰,打蠟,擦亮,用吸塵器清潔所有的公共區(qū)域和指定的員工區(qū)域,例如,大堂,電梯,員工更衣室,樓道等。
Mop, dust, wax,polish, sweep, vacuum all public areas and staff areas as assigned i.e. lobby,lifts, staff locker room, corridors etc.
2.???????按照培訓內(nèi)容和制定的方法操作,清潔公共區(qū)域并對相關區(qū)域進行消毒處理,清潔衛(wèi)生間和員工更衣室,空調(diào)通風口, 墻面,電梯,地毯,樓層和大理石。
Maintain, clean,disinfect public area, rest rooms and employee locker rooms, air conditioningvents, walls, lamps, elevators, carpets, floors and marble precisely accordingto trained and established methods.
3.???????補充和記錄公共區(qū)域衛(wèi)生間易耗品每日的消耗,幫助客人使用公共區(qū)域的設施并用愉快和助人的態(tài)度來幫助客人。
Replenish andrecord consumption of public area rest room supplies daily, assists guests inusing the public area comfort facilities and practices courtesy towards guestsat all times in a pleasant and helpful manner.
4.???????了解并嚴格遵循失物招領的程序。
Know and adherestrictly to Lost & Found procedures.
5.???????無論何時需要,重新布置公共區(qū)域的物品擺放位置。
Re-arrangefurniture layout whenever necessary.
6.???????按照程序定時的清理垃圾箱和煙灰缸。需參加各項相關培訓項目來提升自身的工作效率及專業(yè)知識。
Empty litter binsand ashtrays regularly according to procedures. Must be ready to attendtraining program to improve his efficiency.
7.???????對酒店的信息要敏感并及時更新信息以便能夠保證在高峰期的工作效率,維護已制定的工作標準。
Alert, wellinformed about the Hotel and able to work during peak hours rapidly,maintaining a constant standard of performance.
8.???????維護客房清潔機器的完好無損。
MaintainHousekeeping cleaning machines in perfect condition.
9.???????客人如有任何的不適或異常行為及時報告給主管。
Report toSupervisor any sickness or unusual behavior of guests.
10.??? 能夠隨時按酒店的需要完成額外的工作職責。
