Main Duties /主要職責(zé)
1. ???Familiarizes and enforces local HR policies and procedures
熟悉并執(zhí)行酒店所在地人力資源的規(guī)章制度。
2. ?Assists the Director of Human Resources & Administration, manages Human Resource Department, ensuring compliance with all Corporate, area and hotel policies and procedures; and current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
協(xié)助人力資源行政總監(jiān)的工作,管理人力資源部,確保所有工作符合公司,地方和酒店的規(guī)章制度;符合與員工相關(guān)的現(xiàn)行地方和政府規(guī)定。
3.???Prepares and submits periodic reports for management‘s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, such as turnover reports, personnel inventories, absenteeism reports, health and safety, accident reports etc.
根據(jù)公司和政府的要求制定并向管理層提交階段性報(bào)告,如員工流動(dòng)報(bào)告,人材儲(chǔ)備報(bào)告,曠工
報(bào)告,健康與安全及事故報(bào)告等。
4. ?Practice?hotel recruitment plan according hotel recruitment policy and standard, and recruit new staff.
負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行酒店的人員招募計(jì)劃, 根據(jù)招聘政策和招聘標(biāo)準(zhǔn),招聘員工。
5. ???Expand recruitment channel
拓展招聘渠道。
6. ???Organize performance appraisal according to hotel planning.
組織和完成酒店績(jī)效考核計(jì)劃。
7. ???Assist coordinate training courses.
協(xié)助培訓(xùn)部組織完成酒店培訓(xùn)課程。
8. ??Implement hotel benefits plan and hotel C&B policy. Build up employment relations
?with all associates.
執(zhí)行酒店福利計(jì)劃,遵照國(guó)家規(guī)定,執(zhí)行酒店政策與所有員工建立勞動(dòng)關(guān)系。
9. ?Show Libre Resort Culture, build up a positive communication way, help all associates resolve or consult basic HR problem.
展示麗朗度假村企業(yè)文化,與員工建立融洽、親切、真摯的溝通氛圍,幫助員工解決基礎(chǔ)性問(wèn)題。
10. ?Support training department organize staff activities according to hotel plan.
根據(jù)酒店員工活動(dòng)計(jì)劃,配合培訓(xùn)部組織員工活動(dòng)。
11. ?Counsels hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, training and
development, employee\personal relations and legal issues related to personnel.
提供人事領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的咨詢服務(wù),如職業(yè)規(guī)劃,培訓(xùn)與發(fā)展,員工或私人關(guān)系,與人事相關(guān)法律問(wèn)題。
12. ?Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
在任何時(shí)候嚴(yán)格保守機(jī)密。
Qualification: 任職要求
1. ???University graduate or equivalent, preferably in Resorts Management or equivalent in?experience.
大專以上學(xué)歷, 熱于從事度假村管理或有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. ???Minimum 2?years’ experience in Human Resources, at least 1 year in managerial?capacity.
2年以上人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 1年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. ???Good communication, presentation and?organizational skills.
具備良好的溝通、組織和演講技巧。
4. ???Fluent in English speaking and writing.
具備良好的英語(yǔ)水平。
5. ???Familiar with HR operation system and labor laws.
熟悉人力資源部運(yùn)作系統(tǒng)及勞動(dòng)法規(guī)。
